Refund and Returns Policy

At Xpartan Welder, we take pride in offering quality gear designed for real work. While we aim for your full satisfaction, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Includes all original packaging and tags.
  • Has not been washed, altered, or used in any way.

Please note: Sale items, gift cards, digital downloads, and personal wear products (like base layers or items worn next to the skin) are non-returnable.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it was approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at:

Do not return items without first contacting our support team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
